Do prelim test of VA, deviation, sensory fusion, gross evaluation of concomitancy Do dry retinoscopy (If amblyopia, hyperopia or esotropia, conduct cycloplegic examination) Evaluate ocular health Evaluate monocular fixation (visuoscopy) Rule out pathological cuases for reduced VA if not associated with anisometropia, strabismus or history of early form deprivation Rule out pathological causes for the strabismus |
