How do you augment stairwell PPV if built-in stairway fans are not present or ineffective?
One fan at 1st floor, 4-6' from doorway, 5-15 degree tilt.

Another fan three below fire floor, blowing into stairwell. (this fan is important to generating enough pressure)
-If using smokebuster...
fan 3 floors below fire is not necessary.
(You can open roof hatch to vent smoke, then close it to keep pressurization.)
