Class 2 - angina or dyspnoea on exertion
Class 3 - angina or dyspnoea with mild exertion
Class 4 - angina or dyspnoea at rest
What are the typical features of MI or ischaemic pain?
Central, tight, heavy. May radiate to the jaw or left arm.
What are the typical features of aortic dissection of aortic aneurysm pain?
Very sudden onset, radiates to the back.
