Constant upper abd pain, aortic diameter >3 cm.
Pain < lying down, > leaning forward or sitting up
Bruits (prior to rupture), palpable pulsating abd mass
Abdominal tenderness, guarding, rigidity, hypotension indicate rupture

Mass in abdomen/rectum
Anorexia, Wt loss, fever, fatigue, anemia
Constipation, blood in stools
Jaundice (possible liver CA)
Ascites (liver CA), Hepatomegaly (metastasis)

RLQ pain (may originate periumbilical)
Anorexia, N/V
Fever, Chills
Rebound tenderness (+McBurney's, Rosving's, Psoas or Obturator sign)

Diarrhea, weight loss, abd distention
Floating, oily, loose stools
Fatigue, Anemia
Growth retardation (children)

Sharp, paroxysmal pain in RUQ
Anorexia, N/V
May radiate to back or R shoulder
Hx of Rapid Weight Loss

Mild to severe abdominal cramping (usu LRQ)
Abdominal tenderness w/guarding
Hyperactive bowel sounds
Diarrhea or constipation
Possible palpable mass
Fever, Anorexia, Weight loss
Apththous stomatitis
