confused man says his name is bob roberts but his drivers license says he is jack hanna. his wife brought him in stating he had been missing for 2 days and found him preaching on the street, he's normally an accountant. he wakes up and doesn't remember how he got to hospital does remember his name and wife. Dx?

15 yo female patient feels like they are living in a dream, but they are able to recall recent events and can deduce what reality is. this has happened before and they do not take drugs, medications, and do not have a known medical condition. symptoms started shortly after returning from a plane flight. Dx?

under extreme stress this type of memory is more commonly reported as amnestic?
