Locked cabinet or distributed throughout general stock. Records of the receipt and disposition of Schedule II substances must be maintained separately from all other records of the registrant. |

Unlike schedule III-V that may be ordered by calling the wholesaler, DEA Regulations require ordering of Schedule II substances to be on form DEA 222. A tracking log should be kept on this form.
The third copy of DEA 222 form must be attached to the original invoice with the number of items received and the date received recorded on the DEA 222 form. |
