What is the general synopsis of the Buccal Object Rule?	Buccal objects appear to move in opposite direction relative to the direction that tube moves.
What is required to apply the buccal object rule?	Two ﬁlms made with slightly different angles or positions. OR Image of the object from two different angulations
What is the exact principal behind the buccal object rule?	The principle states: the object closest to the buccal surface will appear to move in the opposite direction relative to the movement of the tubehead when a second ﬁlm is taken

How do you utilize the Right Angle Technique?	•Two radiographs taken at right angles to each other are required. •First radiograph may be a PA or BW -this shows inferior / superior and anterior / posterior position •Second radiograph is a cross-sectional occlusal projection-this reveals facial / lingual and anterior / posterior position
What is the overall purpose of the right angle technique?	By using different views given by the two ﬁlms, a three dimensional view of the area is obtained.
