PHYSICAL act:
Commission--All VOLUNTARY physical acts form the basis for criminal liability.
Involuntary Movements: act(s) that is not a product of the actor's volition (e.g. sleepwalking, otherwise unconscious conduct, reflex, convulsion)
FAILURE to Act:
Omission--must have
1) a legal duty to act; created by:
