Causative Organism(s): Streptococcus mutans, Streptococcus sobrinus, others
Symptoms: often not noticeable, but range from minor disruption in the enamel to complete destruction of the enamel and deeper layers
Treatment: removal of diseased tooth material

Peptic Ulcer
Causative Organism(s): Helicobacter pylori
Symptoms: bloody stools, vomiting, or both
Treatment: antibiotics plus acid suppressors

Campylobacter Gastroenteritis
Causative Organism(s): Campylobacter jejuni
Symptoms:- No fever, Diarrhea, Abdominal cramps, nausea and vomiting, Gastroenteritis
Treatment:

Staphylococcal Toxic shock syndrome (TSS)
Causative Organism(s): Staphylococcus aureus
Symptoms: – Sudden onset: fever, vomiting, diarrhea
– Muscle aches, confusion, low blood pressure, kidney failure, red rash

Symptoms: Men: pain on urination; discharge
Complication: impaired urinary flow, sterility
Women: no symptoms or pain on urination; discharge 25% suffer Pelvic inflammatory disease
