Prepare as a cold poultice.
Grate raw vegetable
Apply directly to breast and cover with clean cloth
Remove when poultice starts to dry

Handful of fresh parsley or 2 tbsp of dried herb in a piece of cheesecloth, flannel or a clean sock.
Steep for 15 minutes then place on affected breast.

All the licorice tasting herbs have galagtagog properties. However they are mild. Its good though because they go through the breast milk.
Indications: Similar to fennel, increases milk flow.

You really want to crush the seeds or decoct it for a while to get the good stuff out of the seeds.

Indications: Mucilaginous, nourishing algae for decreased milk supply in a yin depleted mom i.e. loss of body fluids, constipation, sore throat

Good for deficient moms. You can make it into a gruel if she doesn’t want to drink beer. Tastes good.
