When cleaning apparatus, water will not be applied into cabs of apparatus or vehicles with hose lines. Instead, a mop or sponge will be used..
The underside of apparatus, including engines, chassis, springs, etc., may be steamed cleaned at an approved facility after permission has been received from AD. No steam or detergent will be used on top of engines around the carburetor, air cleaner or electrical wiring.
Apparatus will be thoroughly greased immediately after being steam cleaned. Any grease linings that cannot be lubricated will be reported to AD.
