When we measure a quantity x, we denote the uncertainty in the measured value of
x and delta x

(also called the absolute uncertainty of x)
To calculate the percent uncertainty in x
Divide the absolute uncertainty in x by the value of x;
then multiply by 100 to convert to a percent.
