16 Year Olds Should Not Drive

“52% of all crashes are made by 16 year olds.”One question that is being asked still today is “Are 16 year olds too young too drive?” On first glance people might say yes or no but i think that they shouldn't drive. I know 16 year olds shouldn't drive because 16 year olds get into more accidents that adults and their decision making side of the brain is still growing so they are not that great on the road.

One of the reasons I think 16 year olds shouldn't drive is because They get into a lot more accidents that mature adults. In fact 16 year olds get into more accidents than adults that their insurance is a lot more money. One of the causes for so many accidents are because of their phones.
