My personal moral philosophy is to follow the Golden Rule, “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you”; it is a common version of the golden rule. It basically highlights the proactive and helpful golden standards; it has been closely associated with Christian ethics, however, its origins can be traced from as early as ancient periods and is most common among the Asian cultures. I believe, however, that everyone should remember that simple phrase that we have all heard in school, church, or from our parents: “Do unto others as you would want them do unto you,” which is also called the Golden Rule. “Treat others how you want to be treated” is one of the most recognized phrases known as the golden rule. It is found in the scriptures of nearly every religion. It is often regarded as the most direct and general principle of ethics. An assumption can be made that morals derive from the golden rule approach. If everyone one would take the golden rule into consideration it would better the society as a whole. My personal philosophy “do unto others as you would have them do unto you”, has been my guiding principle throughout all my actions. This concept of this philosophy is based on the fact that it is appropriate to act or behave towards others in a manner that you would want
