Sometimes sexual abuse can stem from things relating to their childhood. Therefore, letting them be able to open up to someone could really do some good and help them cope with their past for a better future. They can take classes to aid with their tendencies and they can get help with alcohol and drugs if that plays a role in their bad judgement. The third advantage is that the registration laws will help the offender to stop offending. It will help them to make better judgement within the future.
