The issue of environmental fascism is “individual rights are willingly sacrificed to the greater good of the whole” (DesJardins, 116). Thus meaning that if an environmental dilemma arises, the rights of us individual humans will be put aside to better the ‘whole’ of the dilemma. This creates a problem because there will be times that including ‘individual rights’ instead of putting them aside will help create a better outcome.
