“What’s the difference between a service and a business?”, Bob Kilinski begins his speech with a question to help the audience visual the separation of the two. He answers simply “A service is something you have to provide while business has a life of its own.” This response was given to help conceptualize a business as its own entity separate from himself. he wanted everyone to understand that the service he provides to his business and the business itself our separate. He explains that mindset, commitment, and focus are the number one key to starting and following the path.
