Introduction
Annerley football club is a football club that runs both senior and junior, men and women’s programs and are a non-profit organisation. They were established in 1945, located in Greenslopes/Annerley (Appendix 3), since then they have fostered junior players in a caring, inclusive environment for years making them one of the most successful junior clubs in Brisbane. They were established to provide an opportunity for the local community to represent their local area, for fans and for those to participate in a team environment which seeks to encourage participation in sport.

A solution for this using the systems theory would be to have volunteers and presidents plus other key stakeholders, the input, to organise events, the throughput and enticement, such as football two-day over the weekend competitions, with each player paying a total team fee to enter into the competition to achieve the desired outcome, more money to reinvest into the club and attract and retain players.
