women want to be the main provider for the family like a man would do in
traditional roles. Some women do want to pull their own weight in the
household, by working but you still mostly see families where both husband
and wife work, but when it comes to his duties the women still take
care of the house and cook dinner while the man would normally do things
like mowing the lawn and working on the cars.
Most men, even from a young age are taught work ethic from helping
their dad mow the lawn to helping around the house I think that's why most
women look for a man that works hard because that's how they we raised. I

Gender roles will continue to
conform to ever changing society, but the same traditional values are still
kept.
On the other hand, some women take the role of the man
and are the only one that works while the dad stays home with the kids. I
don't think there is anything wrong with this, but it's not normally because the
husband rather his wife work but she most likely had a better paying job and
with kids it made sense for the husband to stay home. I think this is the
reason why we see more women taking up jobs along with their husbands
because society today is so focused on money to get the things they want

In the end, traditional gender roles are still relevant in society for most
people. Most people will still follow their traditional roles, but as men and
women both work there will be some women that decide to take on some of
the typically male roles. As we know though what we see as traditional know
wasn't the same as our previous generations and as we keep changing in
society, our kids' perception of gender roles may be changed from
