Usually when I eat out, when I eat out, I prefer to eat out for breakfast rather than lunch or dinner. Recently I have been going to Einstein Bros, in which generally I order a honey whole wheat bagel and a mixed berry smoothie. The honey whole wheat bagel has 260 calories, 3 grams of total fat, 49 grams of carbs, and 12 grams of protein. On the other hand, the mixed berry smoothie has 390 calories, 0.5 grams of fat, 97 grams of carbs, and 3 grams of protein.

The first three ingredients of the oatmeal are whole gain rolled oats, sugar, and nonfat dry milk. The first three ingredients of the cereal are whole gain corn meal, corn meal, and cane sugar. The first three indigents for both products did not surprise me. I was expecting the oatmeal to have less healthy ingredients than the cereal.
For the oatmeal, 14% of the total calories are coming from fat, 80% from carbs, and 10% from proteins. For the cereal, 7% of total calories are coming from fat, 86% from carbs, and 6% from
