Argumentative Essay On My Downworlders

My Downworlder brethren, brothers and sisters, faeries, warlocks, vampires and werewolves, the time has arrived to renew the Accords, the negotiations of peace we hold with the Nephilim, once more. For years we have coexisted in concord, the feuds of the past have been laid to rest, the centuries of violence have ceased, and the future of our kind is secured. Despite the prosperity this age of order has brought to us, there are those among us who urge for the refutation of our treaty, those whose bloodlust and ancient rage blind them to the truth. The benefits we reap from the Accords more than compensate for the few inconsequential regulations we must comply with to maintain it.

If that is the case, we need only to have our representatives negotiate a fairer compromise, not refute the entire agreement. The very notion is ludicrous and wildly melodramatic. On the other hand, there are the opponents of the Accords who reject it in pure, unbridled hatred. They have no cause other than their senseless dislike of the Shadowhunters, their obstinate, archaic anger of the conflicts held before they even existed. They scream for retribution, but there is nothing left to resolve. We are at peace now and to go forth we must relinquish our resentment.
In summary, the tangible blessings of the Accords overcompensate for its alleged ‘curses’ and the arguments against it’s acceptance are absurd. There is no sensible reason to reject the Accords and every reason to accept it. It is my sincerest hope that the rest of our Downworlder kin understand

Don’t Bully My Breed “Don’t bully my breed” is a rallying cry currently being used by animal rights activist to advocate for the end of breed discrimination against Pit Bulls and pit bull types. It is critical to understand what a Pit Bull is and what a pit bull type may be. Pit Bulls are known by two official breed names, the American Pit Bull Terrier or APBT, and as the American Staffordshire Terrier or Amstaff. These dogs are described in the Original Dog Bible as medium build dogs that are slightly longer than tall, wedge shaped head, muscular build and with a deep powerful muzzle. Ottawa’s efforts still did not lessen from Québec’s stubborn refusal. In 1987, PM Brian Mulroney attempted to accomplish Trudeau’s career-long wish: get Québec to sign the Constitution. These efforts took the name of the Meech Lake Accord. When Québec refused to sign the Constitution in 1981, it estranged itself from the Canadian “constitutional family”. During constitutional discussions, Québec made many proposals whose acceptance would have led to its addition to the Constitution.…

This is important to everyone because of moral reasoning, if we were to not help the homeless it could go against our better judgement. It will also affect how we live because if our streets are littered with ill homeless people, we would spread disease and it will reflect badly on ourselves. Some things that we could do to help is vote on legislation to fund programs for the homeless, create our own fundraisers or donate, and volunteer to either help provide medical care or hand out food and cloths.
