My first choice for an occupation would be Occupational or Physical Therapist. I have learned so much throughout my life on these 2 jobs from self-experience to pure interest. My interest in being able to help people and learning about how the human body works and the techniques to improve it are some of the factors that have inspired me to take on this career path. My second choice would be a lawyer, I debated greatly whether I’d want to become a lawyer or deal with something in the medical world. I decided to choose this as my third rather than first because occupational/physical therapy jobs are becoming demanding jobs pertaining to the fact that there’s a wide availability for the job, in regards to becoming a veterinarian the career is becoming impacted. 18. Is there anything special or unique about you or your life which you feel should be mentioned in your letter of recommendation that would be of interest to the admissions or scholarship committee? I’d like to talk about the reasoning behind my dream of becoming an occupational/physical therapist. Beginning with the experience of constantly dislocating my knee caps every year, this was my segway to my first physical therapy sessions. Unfortunately, after the 5th year of dislocating each kneecap, they realized physical therapy was no longer an option, for my MCL injury had grown to stage 3, leading to my doctor’s recommendation for medial collateral ligament surgery.
