Forming
In this stage, team members are just meeting each other for the first time. They introduce themselves and discuss about the project and what roles to play. They try to understand themselves and form first impressions. The team leader defines the team goal and how to achieve it. He ensures that the members are actively involved in the team responsibilities. The team depends solely on the leader for guidance at this stage.
Storming
As team progresses, this stage cannot be eschewed. Members get competitive with their ideas and conflicts arise. The team has to find a way to work together for achieving the goal. With the help of team leader, they settle …show more content…
