Respect itself is key because it stops you from doing something the other doesn't want to do. You have to respect their decision because there is probably a couple reasons why the person doesn't want to do what you want to do. But if there isn't it might just be the person doesn't want to do that. Whatever the case is you have to respect the person.

Trust is the one i would say is most important because its all about believing in the other person. For example if they say they are going to do this, you have to believe that they are. and you shouldn't try to find out where their actually going. I believe that if you don't have trust, it makes the other person upset, knowing that their significant other doesn't trust them and always thinks otherwise about them.
These three have definitely made my relationships stronger. Before, me and my dad did not have stability. Since my dad doesn't live with me it was hard for me to communicate with him and it was very hard for me to stay the same. It was so difficult not being able to see him when i wanted to . We changed, i stopped talking to him and so did he. My birthdays passed and i got no call saying happy birthday. His birthdays passed and i never called. I just felt like if he changed it was for a reason so i'm going to change as well. That definitely was the worst decision of my life. Now, me and my dad talk constantly.
Having trust, stability, and respect are really important in a relationship.So i encourage people to try and make these things happen because it will definitely change there relationship, in a good way not bad. You should definitely have these or you might as well not be in a relationship at
