I can relate to Dumas because I lived in what is called the Woodbridge Village Association, which are run by what are called Facility Inspectors. The community has somewhere close to twenty-seven pools and thirteen parks. So one can tell that an association is needed to maintain all the facilities. Living there, I would everyday bring out a basketball hoop that was kept in our garage out to the street to play some ball. But when it came seven post meridiem then the association would come by and make sure that is put away. Not just that i am done playing, but is couldn't be left out in the street because it doesn't look
