With this interpretation and knowledge gain from studies, Huey had a core resolution on how to liberate the people from oppression. Huey knew he was running out of time. He was a target by many people who didn’t like him. The police was holding hard on this throat and he knew he wanted to keep alive the legacy of the Black Panters even after his death.
