This semester I’d like to achieve my cardiovascular endurance goal: by the end of this semester I’d like to sustain a pace of 10km/hour for 30 minutes in order to improve the intensity of my cardiovascular endurance. For this reason, I have always strived to accomplish flexibility and muscular strength as my physical components. My cardiovascular endurance has always been challenging because it’s easy to give up when the duration becomes longer. I’d like to accomplish this goal because it has not only motivated me to attain it, but at the same time, I’m incorporating different types of activities that are fun and will help me attain it.
