On Saturday, August, 20th, 2016 at approximately 02:00 PM, resident Ung Gi Koh went out to the Reed front lawn to meet the Erie Metropolitan Transit Authority Administration Bus that resident Koh thought he left his keys and ID card on. Respondent Bret Derrickson asserts that neither he nor Respondent Hu denied Complainant’s rental application based on her source of income. In this case, the Appellant’s Representative/daughter SS submitted an exhibit which included various monthly recurring household expenses. (Exhibit C-1) The ALJ reviewed these expenses to determine if the expenses were causing financial duress for the CS. The regulations however state that the opportunity to increase the CSMNA was not to “guarantee the amenities of any current lifestyle” but rather to prevent the impoverishment of a Community Spouse. Speaking with a Quality Manager from a local health center, Clinica Sierra Vista, I was informed that Community Health Centers are controlled by a management team and a board of directors, there may be a few physicians such as the Chief Medical Officer on the team, but aside from that there is a lack of representation from the care providers which up until recently, never been addressed. On Friday 10/16/2015 at approximately 0230 hours, Florida Hospital Security Operation Command (SOC) radioed FHEO Security Officers in regards of a 44V- Enforcement Escort Visitor off Property. Security Officer Allan Topher (114) and Security Supervisor Steven Evans (407) responded, upon arrival we were informed by ER Nurse Mhel Jainga that discharged patient, James L. On 10/04/16 the RP walked into the Children's Institute located at 701 S. New Hampshire Ave., Los Angeles CA 90005.
