January 13th, 1999 Hae min lee a smart,sweet and caring girl murdered and later found dead. Many asked who killed her and why, Only one came clean with the answers to these questions jay wilds. Jay was just another mutual friend of adnan they weren't super close. They would give each other rides sometimes and hang out,smoke and or buy drugs. After jay told the police he helped with the murder of hae. He told who he helped. Adnan syed a senior at woodlawn high and also the ex boyfriend of hae min lee. After adnan was sent to prison for the murder his best friend contacted a reporter named sarah koenig about the case. It caught her attention, after later researching the case she started a podcast called serial. After sarah spent years on this case she never did come to a full conclusion.. Things were always being taken out of the story or new details were being added, One of the main things that was never really set in place is where adnan called jay to pick him up. In the first interview with the police jay had said that adnan told him to come a spot where they would frequently get drugs and he said that he got there and adnan showed him hae in her car dead. But in a later interview that was totally gone and a new place was added into the story. Jay now said that adnan called from a best buy pay phone and showed him the body in the parking lot. Later the detectives had Jay draw up a map of best buy with the pay phone on the outside of the best buy. But it was later found out that there was no pay phone outside, but there could have possibly been one inside the hall of the best buy (episode 9 2:36, episode 5 8:15) Why would jay change these locations? from somewhere so closed off to something super open where people could see, what made him change his
