He coached, mentored and developed six noncommissioned officers team responsible for the procurement, distribution and management equipment valued at $210 million dollars. During his tenure, he was responsible for the following accomplishments: orchestrated the turn-in of $5 million dollars of excess equipment; led the procurement of 200 small arms ISO Frontier Corps Training Center and increased the equipment readiness rate by 20% for the Battalion.
