Intervention/Response: CM met with consumer for the purpose of monitoring and assessing needs. CM and consumer met in a private room at AOP. CM introduced herself to consumer. Consumer stated her clinic appointment went well. CM and consumer discussed consumer medication regimen. Consumer stated she received her injection today. CM encouraged consumer to continue to receive her injection on time. Consumer stated she has been taking her oral medication. CM encouraged consumer to continue to take her oral medication. Consumer cried during session saying she was a good mom and she did not do drugs. Consumer also started she wants her baby daddy Cody out her life. Consumer denied experiencing symptoms.
