This weeks observation topic was classroom management and comparing the differences between middle school and elementary. The difference between middle school and elementary is that in middle school the teachers’ are way harder on the student’s than the elementary teachers were. The second difference between the two is that middle school switches classes every hour and elementary stay in one class the full time. The same between the two is that they both seat four students’ as a group. Also, in middle the school the students’ speak out faster and shout out answers without raising their hands and in elementary the student’s has to raise their hands or they will pick from the sticks that has each student's number on it.
