Our Cannabaristas® are not in it for the paycheck or the annual all-expense paid team trips to roller coaster parks. They are in it for the people. Our team wants to share their love of cannabis with others, new and experienced alike. We genuinely care about our customers and we are honored to be part of this industry and the cannabis movement as a whole.
2. Know the Product
We are highly trained cannabis operatives. We know strains, cultivation, consumption, packaging, storage, and customer service, among other things. We want to share our knowledge with whomever inquires and we might make you laugh while we do it. Even if you don’t laugh you will leave our store feeling great about your purchase.
3. We Build Community
This goes to #1 a bit because the focus is on the customer. We want you to feel like our store is your store. We want you to come back and ask questions and share your experience. We want to know what you think about your most recent purchase. And we want you to share the Hytiva Experience with your friends. Nobody wants to sit in their basement and smoke alone. Okay, maybe some of us do. But we also want to share and learn and grow.
