A project must be considered by senior management in order to justify the setup of a proper organization unit for proper management and to make organization different from other normal structure. The business objectives for this project are development of project, management and increasing the capacity of project with right decision. This case study will identify different challenges and show its effects to this business and some solution to manage challenges. The solution will help in managing time, cost and risk of project. Finally summary of project will provide final decision of project.
According to current information we have provided, we have to design, develop and manage new plant, which will produce large plastic bins and other similar product from recycled plastic pallet for household and lighting industry. The land provided for us has been used previously by old warehouse, which needs to be demolished. There may be PCB which is a banned interactive product so site need to be cleaned up. Plant design will be completed with new and best technology for completing it in right time and management of budget will be done properly. Strategy will be developed and risk will be identifying so that business objectives will be achieved in committed time.

With the proper economic decision making approach the plant will gain a higher rate of return for cost effective. No pollution is expected from the plant because there will be use of electricity as a primary power source.
