Cracking My Bedroom Behavior Analysis

Decent Essays
The behavior I chose for this mini paper is cracking my knuckles. I started cracking my knuckles when I was a kid, around seven or eight years old. The reason I picked this behavior to change is because I found myself doing it often. I did not think this was a problem until I got older. At my job, cracking your knuckles is seen as an unprofessional thing to do.
