Having completed my Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Honours at Edinburgh Napier University. I am now studying the Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Glasgow.
I have always been extremely interested in Criminal Law and to learn more about the Criminal Justice System in Scotland I studied Contemporary Issues in Criminal Law during my Honours year and selected Advanced Criminal Litigation as my elective subject in the Diploma.
Due to my role as an Independent Custody Visitor for the Scottish Police Authority and because I have studied various Criminal Law subject I have had the opportunity to both meet with those involved in the Criminal Justice System and learn from tutors from the field of Criminal Law.
