This study sample involved 970 women RN from 47 nursing department, such as general, oncology, intensive care units, operating rooms, and outpatient units.

Researches used the sample in three groups (tables) .One of them in the incidence (daily,weekly,etc) of violence by type of violence(physical , threats, and verbal abuse) in nursing department .The second one, in relationships of nurse characteristics, work demands, and reliance and fairness in the workstation with the incidence of violence .In this table the demographic characteristics of the sample are described. It was perceived superior emotional demands and also connected with a superior likelihood of experiencing fears , sexual provocation, and verbal abuse. Investigators used the nurse characteristics such as age, marital status, education, and years worked. RN were involved in the survey form as possible issues connected with violence( four types of violence). This research reports the extraordinary occurrence of workplace violence opposed to nurses. A Korean study showed that verbal abuse from doctors reveals a classified rather than collegiate. The predominance of violence also diverse considerably among nursing department. ICUs had the maximum occurrence of physical violence, threats of violence, and verbal abuse. Contrary relationships were also found between workplace values and intimidation.
