There is no doubt that the causes of these violations were from a number of different triggers. For example, the Taliban was only one of the major violators. In Document 6, an excerpt from a Human’s Rights Watch report says that, “ … Taliban troops taking control of Mazar-i-Sharif sought out and executed members of the Hazara ethnic group… because of their ethnic and religious identity.” From just this, the Taliban is violating the right of life by killing, freedom of religion, freedom of torture, and the freedom to ethics. But in document 1, which talks about the violations in Cambodia are somewhat different. In this document it says, “... First, document 8 shows,“1992-3- Apartheid is dismantled; black majority is enfranchised”, and finally “ 1994- Fist all-races election is held”. Therefore, their mission was successful. Also, in document 7, United Nations worked with… Afghan groups to establish an interim government to replace the Taliban.” Their intention was profitable also through the actions they took.
