The eves consist of a flat fascia board and a smooth wooden soffit. The trim around the windows is not decorative, they are just flat wooden strips painted white. The house itself is painted a light yellow/cream color, the house is a few years past due for a fresh paint job. In places the paint is peeling causing the exposer of bare wooden clapboards beneath. The roof of the porch also seems to be in need of cosmetic repair. The southern facing dormer has a metal roof that is leaving a rust stain on the porch below. The coloring of the porch roof is beyond the slight discoloring a frequent coffee drinker might see on their teeth, it is closer to the brown stain that a 50 year smoker who doesn't own a tooth brush may experience.
