The ancillary service I chose is radiology. Diagnostic Imaging is a specialty of medicine that uses nonionizing and ionizing radiation for diagnosing and intervention of disease. Diagnostic Imaging uses imaging techniques, such as magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), X-ray radiography, computed tomography (CT), nuclear medicine, positron emission tomography (PET) and ultrasound to image inside the human anatomy in to diagnose abnormalities and disease. A group of motivated young technologist or nursed may not comply in a particular protocol set by doctor. A superb leader will guide and influence the workers to do their duties by regulating the vision and the technicality of their roles in the outcome.
