Flat Rate PPC is where the advertiser and publisher (search engine) grant upon a fixed amount that will pay for each click. The publisher has a rate that decides the cost per click based on the competition of the term, meaning various other people want to pay for that click too.
Terms such as “Austin, TX PPC” or “PPC Austin, TX” will have a cost based on how many other websites are appropriating those key phrases to drive traffic to their sites. Other determinations of price are often linked to the content on web pages; if you hold content that attracts more valuable guests, it will cost more for that click-through than content that attracts less dear visitors. However, in several cases, you can work with the publisher for lower rates, especially when you have a long-term, high-value
