Humans can be multifarious by having a private and our public self in the novella Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, through Stevenson's style it will show it will prove that we are multifarious . There is a lot of places that the bad and un pleasing places one of them is Soho, it explores the bad side because “in the lawyers eyes, like a district of some city of night mare” (16). This is one of the bad side of London and Soho is a horrifying place that the lower Class lives in and is a nightmare for some people. Just like Mr.Hyde who lived at SoHo who is also in the low class and he was described as the bad side. The other place is the door where the incident happened between Hyde and the little girl, “showed no window, nothing but a door on the lower storey” (2). The place is unwelcoming, also the incident that happened in there gave the bad feeling in the setting.
