On the one hand, it is important for an organization to apply concepts and to use proper tools such as motivation, ability, commitment, and job satisfaction in order to keep employees to contribute with their talents. On the other hand, the organization must apply OB concepts and tools to eliminate any negative effect produced by job stressor. According to Greenaway, Thai, Haslam, and Murphy (2016), “The lean approach is designed to eliminate waste and improve efficiency, ensuring employees focus on work tasks without distractions in the form of personal belongings or decorations” (p.35). Lean approach is a very important part to increase employee productivity. Lean was designed specifically to eliminate waste. Although, this approach has been created to eliminate waste specifically in a manufacturing environment, companies can apply this approach at all levels of the organization. The ideal is to find a way to improve the process and to eliminate any waste that usually tend to stop that process. Many organizations are trying different techniques to keep turnover as low as possible. Low turnovers help to keep a more experience and knowledgeable workforce which then help to keep employee productivity high.
