Arrange set time for jobs.You should arrange set time for such things,going though mail and answering emails,talking to your manager or staff,Computer input,ect.

Plan some time to discuss routine matters with your colleagues,so that you avoid interrupting each other all the time.Arrange a time each day to discuss certain work related matters.

Develop a system of flagging emails so that only those emails that you ,personally need to attend to are bought to your attention first.Create a good system to store other emails and messages.

Strategy-8 Make sure staff don;t sit too long at their desk or computer,Make sure they get up and take a short walk or short break every hour or so.
Strategy-9 Plan your meetings and interviews like days or even weeks in advance.Plan and organize meetings so that they are short and relevant.Only hold meetings when there is a real need to do so.

Flexibility.Make allowances for contingencies.Interruptions and change will always intrude,a task plan or list does not require absolute and rigid adherence.It might be necessary to accommodate new,important tasks.These might mean that it becomes necessary to re-prioritize. Be sufficient flexible to incorporate new things into the plan and eradicate those things that,for whatever reason are no longer necessary,without panicking or becoming stressed
