For example, when planning a small event, ESFJ type would always be on top of everything; they figure out where to meet, what time, and what would be the agenda for the night. Prior to building up the plan, they (the ESFJ type) will make sure everyone should be free at that time, the venue is reserved, and the agenda is should set. However, if three individuals aren’t able to commit with the time expected due to work shifts, the ESFJ type individual will adjust the time just so everyone would be able to come at the reserved venue, a realistic time, and able starts the first thing on the agenda once everyone is present.
