In the prolog explains that he is already ten years of being in politics. Then in the following chapters he talks about controversial issues that still exist in the US government like, the differences between the Democratic and Republican party, values that have been lost over the years by politicians, the need to create a market of ideas in the sense of reaching agreements, the search for the transformation of power, up to the fifth chapter.
This is the central chapter of the book, where he shows his country as the country of opportunities. A country where the freedom to educate, to undertake and to progress has no limits. This is why he has been the target of all kinds of immigration from all over the world, in search of the American dream, enjoyed by the founding fathers and the programmed immigration of Europeans to populate that immense territory. Its intention is the rescue of those values, because of the dream has happened to the nightmare for the new immigrants.
