What is Absolute Monarchy? Absolute Monarchy, Is someone who is in power, not like president but like a queen or king, for example Queen Elizabeth, she is a monarch, she is the ruler of Europe. A limited Monarch is when a queen or king is head of state, but are limited on what they are allowed to do. For example Queen Elizabeth is head of Europe but only has certain rights on what she can do. The reason why there is limited Monarch is because of Hitler, when Hitler was Dictator he started a war which had ruined most of the United States, and the war ended up devastating, and that is why Limited Monarchy
