There are many ways in which you can continue to develop your professional skills.
For my package is mainly to improve my language, social network & the knowledge of new technology. Daily practice & training through on-line learning is the way to improve the language. However, my working hours is long and fully occupy by the project. Part-time study and the flexible schedule for E-learning of Master’s program are suitable for continuous my life learning although I am busy work & travel frequently. Through Professional Development Module, I learn about myself through the analysis and try to work out the personal goal setting.
