For example, in question 1, describe the agreement that was made in 2006 and explain how the agreement has impacted the fast food industry today, I wanted students to know what agreement was made in 2006 and be able to explain how it affects society today. Although question 2, how do the advertisement views of the fast food companies differ from health experts, is designed as a compare and contrast type question it was important that learners understood that this passage contained two opposing views, that of the fast-food companies and that of the health experts. Question 3, the passage mentions that fast-food companies need to do more to ensure that customers are offered healthier food options.
