In today’s society, exposure to the world’s elements can be a perilous experience. Radiation exposure from the sun, inadequate vitamin intake, pollution, and a plethora of other chemical substances greet the human body regularly. There has been much scientific attention lately in the area of brianology focusing on the neuroplasticity of the brain. In the area of dehydration, the data indicates that the chemical and physical reactions of dehydration to society brain is the reason for many illnesses, disorders, and conditions that affect society human body. Two of these conditions that affects teenagers are dehydration headaches, heat exhaustion, and heat cramps.

Dehydration can have some serious chemical and physical reactions on the brain. Dehydration causes shrinkage to society brain tissue. Dehydration can also cause tiredness and fatigue. Dehydration can have a negative impact on the way society brain functions like short-term memory, ability to focus on a computer screen, and reading. Dehydration can decrease short-term memory and

Remember that food contains fluid that society needs to stay hydrated. Try to eat fruits, vegetables, soups, gelatins, popsicles, and other moist foods. Apply lotion often to soften dry skin. Try to get rid of the cause of dehydration, such as vomiting, diarrhea, or fever. Society needs to drink more than eight glasses of water per day because 20% of water comes from the food society eat. Drinking water helps society lose weight. Water takes over 55% to 75% of societal weight. Whenever society exercises drink water every twenty minutes. Also coaches should let their athletes drink enough water during games and practices, even if athletes aren't tired. Coaches should also keep an extra cooler of water if the athlete forgets to bring some, or runs out. Society can also give water to those that don't have
